Instant downloads are normally final
Because access to the digital files begins immediately after payment, completed digital-download sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or where the purchased files are materially defective, inaccessible or not as described.
Before immediate delivery
At checkout, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that, where applicable, beginning the download causes you to lose a statutory withdrawal or cooling-off right. If your local law gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights remain unaffected.
File problems and duplicate purchases
If a download link fails, a file is corrupted, the bundle is missing a listed format, or you accidentally buy the identical design twice, email support@musicalwordart.com within 14 days. Include the PayPal transaction ID and the affected design. Musical Word Art will first provide a replacement or corrected file and will issue a refund when a conforming replacement cannot be supplied or when required by law.
Change of mind and compatibility
Refunds are not provided for changing your mind, buying the wrong song, lacking compatible software, or deciding not to use a file after access was delivered. Review the title, included formats and license before paying. If you are unsure whether a format works with your equipment, contact support before purchase.
Custom commissions
- A 50% deposit reserves the project and begins creative work.
- The deposit is refundable before work begins, but non-refundable once research, concept development or design work has started.
- If Musical Word Art cancels a commission before final delivery, amounts paid for undelivered work will be refunded.
- Approved custom work and final files are non-refundable except for defects or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Chargebacks
Please contact support first so file or billing problems can be resolved quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in revocation of download access and the applicable license. This does not limit a customer’s lawful right to dispute unauthorized or incorrect charges.
