1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing musicalwordart.com, placing an order or downloading a file, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and applicable license. You must be legally capable of entering a contract, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. The shop and digital products
Musical Word Art sells artist-created digital artwork shaped from song words into guitars, pianos and cassettes. Products are digital files only; no physical item is shipped unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise. Product colors and print results may vary by screen, printer, material and production method.
Each standard purchase includes the file formats shown on the product page—normally SVG, PNG, EPS and PDF—and a personal-use license. A purchase transfers a license, not ownership of the artwork or copyright.
3. Prices, payment and delivery
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed by PayPal, and PayPal may offer additional funding methods. You authorize the displayed charge when you complete checkout. Taxes, currency conversion or other legally required amounts may be added where applicable.
After successful payment, a private, time-limited download link is created. You are responsible for downloading and securely backing up your files before the link expires. Contact support@musicalwordart.com if a paid file is unavailable or corrupted.
4. Accounts, collection pricing and fair use
No account is required for standard purchases. Optional passwordless accounts let customers recover purchases associated with the same payment email. Collection pricing is calculated automatically from the number of eligible standard designs in one transaction and may not be combined with another promotion unless expressly allowed. Access may be refused when fraud or technical abuse is reasonably suspected.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Accessing the site, checkout or downloads without authorization.
- Scraping, bulk-copying or attempting to bypass download limits.
- Uploading malware or interfering with site availability.
- Misrepresenting ownership of Musical Word Art designs.
- Using purchased artwork beyond the applicable license.
- Using the artwork or files to train generative AI systems.
Access may be suspended, download links revoked and orders reviewed when necessary to protect customers, the artist, payment systems or the website.
6. Intellectual property
The website, branding, original compositions, layouts, artwork, product images and downloadable design files are owned by Musical Word Art or used with permission. Song titles and artist names may be trademarks or properties of their respective owners. Musical Word Art is an independent art studio and is not endorsed by the musical artists referenced in its catalog.
7. Availability and disclaimers
Reasonable care is used to keep the website secure and available, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and files are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Musical Word Art is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits, incompatible third-party software, or production results outside its control. Any aggregate liability connected with a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase, except where the law prohibits this limitation.
9. Changes, law and contact
These Terms may be updated prospectively. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date. They are governed by the laws applicable to Musical Word Art’s principal place of business, while preserving mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s jurisdiction.
